Why rooms book Amy

Your audience has heard enough motivation. They need someone who will tell them what's actually broken — and hand them the fix.

Amy has closed on the floor for 32 straight months, grown revenue 70% in a year, and built a $9M call center from nothing. She speaks the way she coaches: direct, specific, and useful before lunch.

Signature talks

Five talks. Every one built from something Amy has actually done.

Each can run as a keynote or expand into a workshop. Every one is tailored to your room on a pre-event call.

01Signature keynote

Stop Leaving Opportunities on the Table

Best for:
Conferences, chambers, entrepreneur summits, owner groups
Format:
30–60 min keynote

Most businesses don't have a lead problem. They have a follow-through problem — and it's quietly costing them more than any competitor ever will.

Your audience walks out with

  • How to find the one broken link in your sales chain — the point, the rules, the ask, the follow-through, or the numbers.
  • The ask you've been avoiding (a price increase, a referral, a bigger pitch) — and how to make it this week, not this quarter.
  • Why "busy" is the most expensive word in business, and the weekly habit that replaces it.

02Sales teams

The Follow-Up Is the Sale

Best for:
Sales kickoffs, team meetings, real estate, insurance & financial brokerages
Format:
Keynote or 90-min workshop

Most lost deals aren't lost to a competitor. They're lost to silence. Amy has run the floors where this gets fixed — and shows your team exactly how.

Your audience walks out with

  • The 5-touch follow-up cadence that turns "let me think about it" into a decision.
  • How to follow up without feeling pushy — the language that keeps the door open.
  • The one tracking habit that makes follow-up stick for a whole team, not just your top closer.

03Networking & referrals

Relationships Create Opportunities

Best for:
BNI & networking organizations, chambers, association meetings
Format:
Keynote or breakout

You've got 400 LinkedIn connections, a stack of business cards, and a referral pipeline that's still empty. Networking isn't the problem. What you do the next morning is.

Your audience walks out with

  • How to turn a contact into a referral partner — and exactly what to ask them for.
  • The give-first system Amy used to launch six BNI chapters in nine months.
  • A weekly rhythm that keeps your network warm without living at networking events.

04Women business owners

Nothing Left on the Table

Best for:
Women's business & leadership groups, summits, EmpowerUP-style events
Format:
Keynote, workshop, or half-day

The founder's guilt tax is real. It shows up in your prices, your boundaries, and the asks you never make. This talk names it — and hands you the way out.

Your audience walks out with

  • Pricing as a boundary, not an apology — and how to raise it without losing the room.
  • Naming what you actually want, out loud, and building the plan that gets there.
  • The accountability-partner structure that keeps working long after the event ends.

05Sales leadership

Run the Floor: Building a Sales Team That Follows Through

Best for:
Sales leaders, owner groups, franchise conventions, corporate kickoffs
Format:
Keynote or half-day training

Amy didn't study sales leadership — she lived it: 32 consecutive months as top closer, a 70% revenue-growth year, and a $9M call center built from scratch. Here's what actually moves a team.

Your audience walks out with

  • What "good" looks like, in numbers — so your team stops guessing and starts reporting.
  • The accountability system that doesn't depend on you being in the room.
  • How to coach a rep through a slump without lowering the standard.

FAQ

Before you book.

How far in advance should we book?
Six or more weeks is ideal so there's time for a pre-event call and real customization. Shorter notice is often workable — ask. Amy responds personally, usually within one business day.
Do you customize the talk for our audience?
Every time. Each booking includes a pre-event call to learn your industry, your audience, and what they're actually stuck on. The frameworks are Amy's; the examples and the emphasis are yours.
Do you travel? Do you do virtual?
Both. Amy is based in Tampa Bay, Florida, travels nationally, and delivers virtual keynotes and workshops for remote teams and national associations.
What does it cost?
Fees depend on format, audience size, length, and travel. Send the details through the form and you'll get a straight quote — no dance.
Can you add a workshop or training after the keynote?
Yes — it's the most common request. A keynote to open the room, then a breakout or half-day where the team actually builds the system. Ask about pairing them.
What do you need on-site?
A wireless lav or handheld mic and a screen if the talk uses slides — many of Amy's talks run without them. Workshops need a flipchart or whiteboard and room for people to work.

Relationships create opportunities. Consistent action creates results.

Give your audience both.
