A 6-Week Cohort · 12 Seats
Turn your network into a referral engine that actually pays you.
You've done the networking. You have the connections. What you don't have is a system that turns them into consistent business — and that's exactly what six weeks in this room builds.
Area Launch Coach, BNI · 25+ years in sales leadership · Founder, EmpowerUP
The Honest Part
You've got 400 connections on LinkedIn, a stack of business cards, and a referral pipeline that's still empty.
That's not a networking problem. You went to the events. It's a systems problem — no ask, no follow-up cadence, no way to track who owes who a conversation. Fix the system and the same network starts paying you.
What you leave with
Six concrete things, not a feeling.
A referral-ask script you'll actually use
Not a cheesy line — the exact wording for asking a warm connection for a specific introduction, without it feeling like begging.
A weekly follow-up cadence
Every relationship in your network gets touched on a schedule, not whenever you happen to remember.
A tracking system for every relationship
One place that shows who you owe a follow-up, who owes you one, and what was actually said last time.
A 90-second introduction that gets remembered
Built and drilled until it's automatic — so a room full of strangers can actually refer you business.
A structured way to ask for and give referrals
In any room, any group, any format — chamber, BNI, a coffee meeting — the same repeatable structure.
A 90-day plan to install the habit
What you leave with on day one of week 7: a written plan for the next quarter, not a binder that sits on a shelf.
The Curriculum
Six weeks. One theme each. No filler.
Diagnose
Audit your current network — who's actually referring you, who never will, and exactly where the gap is.
The Ask
The specific language for requesting a referral without it feeling like a favor or a pitch.
The System
Build your tracking and follow-up cadence — the piece that makes referrals repeatable instead of lucky.
The Room
How to work any networking room with an actual plan — BNI, chamber, a conference, a coffee meeting.
Reciprocity
Become someone people want to refer to — the habits that make you a top referral source yourself.
Install
Lock in your 90-day referral plan and the weekly habit that keeps it running after the cohort ends.
The Room
12 seats. One cohort. No more, no less.
Every script and every referral relationship in this room gets reviewed by Amy personally, live, every week. Past 12 people, that's not possible anymore — it turns into a webinar instead of a working session. This stays small on purpose.
This is for you if
- You're already in a networking group — BNI, a chamber, a mastermind — and it isn't converting to revenue.
- You're willing to do the weekly work between sessions, not just show up and listen.
- You have an existing network you haven't systematized yet.
- You want a repeatable process, not a one-time motivational push.
This isn't for you if
- You're looking for passive lead generation with no effort on your end.
- You have no existing network or client base to build from yet.
- You want a la carte content with no group accountability.
- You're not willing to attend the weekly sessions live.

Why Amy is teaching this
This is the first time she's opened this room.
Amy has coached referral systems 1:1 for years — and personally launched six BNI chapters in nine months as an Area Launch Coach. This is the first time she's taken that exact system out of 1:1 sessions and built it for a small group instead. Twelve seats, once, taught live.
Relationships create opportunities. Consistent action creates results.

The guarantee
Attend every live session, do the weekly work, and if it isn't working by week 3, Amy will work with you directly to fix what's off — or refund the difference. This only works if you actually show up and do the work; that's the deal on both sides.

FAQ
Before you apply.
- How is this different from Amy's 1:1 coaching?
- 1:1 coaching is fully customized to your specific business, at your pace. The Referral Room is a structured 6-week system, taught to a small cohort, built specifically around turning an existing network into referrals. Some clients do both — this first, then 1:1 to go deeper.
- What if I miss a live session?
- Every session is recorded and posted to the private group within 24 hours. You'll still want to do the weekly work on schedule — the cadence is part of what makes the system work.
- Do I need to already have a big network?
- No — but you need an existing one to build from. If you've been to networking events, have LinkedIn connections, or belong to a referral group, that's enough to start. This isn't a cold-outreach or lead-buying program.
- What's the payment plan?
- $2,497 paid in full, or 3 monthly payments of $897. Same access either way.
- Why only 12 seats?
- Because Amy reviews real referral relationships and scripts with every person in the room. Past 12, that stops being possible — it becomes a webinar instead of a working cohort.
- What happens after week 6?
- You keep lifetime access to every recording, script, and template. Many clients continue into 1:1 coaching to keep building; that's optional, not required.
- Is there a guarantee?
- Yes — see the guarantee section above. Show up, do the weekly work, and if it isn't working by week 3, Amy will work with you directly to fix it or refund the difference.
- How do I reserve a seat?
- Fill out the enrollment form below. Amy reviews every application personally — this isn't an automatic checkout, because the cohort only works if the room is the right mix of people.
